Peacock-dragon portrait

I was pondering some kind of weird dragon to do, and wound up looking at peacocks. They have the most fantastic face markings! So I took a peacock's face and converted it into a funky-looking dragon. I was practicing feathers and iridescence.

For some reason this pic just makes me laugh.

Done in Painter, mostly oil pastels.
