Painted bunting

I was looking at the amount of art that I've produced this year, and it's miniscule. And the year's more than half over! So I decided to sit down and paint something that used a lot of the techniques I've been reading about.

And I like painted buntings. They aren't as saturated as this picture is, but it was sure satisfying to have all those bright colors. High saturation! High contrast! No midtone mumblings!

Made in Painter on one layer. It was refreshing.
