My second digital painting ever. I'm still trying to get a handle on it--for instance, make it come out less blurry--so if anyone has any tips for this style, please tell me!
Here we have Rouge the Bat and Nack the Weasel teamed up to steal the Master Emerald. Knuckles and Zephyer are understandably upset. What Nack doesn't know is that Rouge is going to take off and leave him alone with two very angry guardians.
I busted out some screenshots from Sonic 3 and Knuckles to make my Hidden Palace as accurate as possible. Dig the Super Emeralds and their flower-like pedestals.

I really love Hidden Palace Zone in S3&K, the true place/home on Angel Island for the Master & Super Emeralds - What I really hate about the new games is that the alter for the Master Emerald is moved outside into the open, & everyone takes it like it has been that way all this time (even the people who played S3&K!): Worst of all, the Super Emeralds are now aparantly 'non existent' in the new games! T_T
*sigh* I just hope Project Needlemouse shed some light into this content by bringing back the Super Emeralds as well as turning Super/Hyper in any stage with 50+ rings...
